5 Frame Nucs, Bee Packages and Queens for Sale

The club is now taking orders for 5 frame nucs, 3 pound bee packages with a marked queen and marked queens.

3 pound packages of  bees with a marked queen are $140.

Marked queens are $40.

The deadline for ordering packages and queens is March 9.

​

5 frame nucs are $220.

The deadline for ordering nucs is March 19.​

Make checks payable to: Catawba Valley Beekeepers Association

Once you submit your order form, you will receive an email with the mailing address to mail in your check.

​

You can pick up your packages and queens on Sunday, March 22, from noon to 3:00 PM at Murray’s Mill. The address is 1489 Murrays Mill Road, Catawba, NC. Go to the house at the top of the hill to pick up your bees.

The pickup date for nucs has not yet been determined but will most likely be during the first week of April at Murray’s Mill, depending on the weather. We will notify you as soon as the nuc pickup date is confirmed.​

PLEASE NOTE: Once picked up, the beekeeper is responsible for the survival of nucs, package bees and queens. No refunds for bees that fail to survive. In the event of a dead package queen, an effort will be made to replace only the dead queen.


After you submit your order you will receive a confirmation email and payment instructions. Check your junk/spam file if you don't see it.
